We're Loren and Casey Lanier, a husband and wife team of registered nurses who bring nearly 30 years of combined experience to personalized care at home. 

Our background includes long term care, rehab, wound care, and inpatient hospital care. We've cared for people with complex medical conditions, changing health needs, chronic wounds, mobility changes, and the many complications that can come from aging and illness. 

Over the years, we've developed the kind of clinical experience that comes from seeing a lot of patients and a lot of different situations. We know what to look for, what questions to ask, and when a change in condition needs attention. We're comfortable working closely with families, communicating with physicians, and other healthcare professionals, coordinating care, and helping make sense of what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming healthcare system.

Our nursing backgrounds have given us strong skills in assessments, wound care, medication management, patient monitoring, care plan, patient care, and recognizing changes that may otherwise go unnoticed. Just as importantly, we understand that every person has their own routines, preferences, concerns, and definition of what living well looks like. 

We created L&C VIPs because we wanted to use that experience in a different way. One that allows us to spend more time with people we care for and provide a level of attention that can be difficult to find in traditional health care settings. 

As a husband and wife team, we bring our individual experience and perspectives together while keeping care personal and consistent. 

We're here to provide excellent knowledgeable nursing care, practical support, and another set of experienced eyes when you need them.
